At Bienestar Collective, cooperative organizing is a movement rooted in Popular Education, where immigrant workers come together to critically examine the systems that shape our lives and take collective action to transform them. Through this process, we are building a future where immigrant workers are not only participants in the economy but leaders in shaping it.
Un Movimiento por la Justicia Económica
Las cooperativas son más que empresas: son vehículos para la justicia económica y la redistribución del poder. Al organizarse en cooperativas de trabajadores, los trabajadores inmigrantes toman el control de su trabajo, sus medios de vida y su futuro. Este modelo garantiza que el poder de decisión y los beneficios económicos permanezcan en manos de los propios trabajadores, desafiando las estructuras explotadoras que históricamente han infravalorado la mano de obra inmigrante.

By organizing into worker-owned cooperatives, immigrant workers take control of their labor, their livelihoods, and their futures.
